Information Booklet for CEOs in Ireland’s International Financial Services Sector

Progress made on implementing the EGFSN’s recommendations to futureproof Ireland’s IFS talent pipeline

This booklet aims to inform CEOs of the progress made in implementing certain key recommendations made by the Expert Group on Future Skills Needs in the Skills for International Financial Services report.

Following publication of the report in May 2024, a National Oversight and Implementation Group came together to co-ordinate the implementation of these recommendations. 

The Group has now developed this booklet to highlight the opportunities for skills and talent development for industry leaders and companies to consider.
